You will probably have seen the recent consultation on continuing competence and ethical training. Over the past few years, ethics and the ability for people to apply an ethical lense to their decision making has become a topic of interest for the regulators. You just have to look at the comments from the LSB to see why the SRA has responded.

But will three hours on mandated ‘active’ conversation in a facilitated workshop really lead to effective change?
